Volunteer Opportunities

There are many ways to get involved with the Greystar Charity Golf Event. Use the convenient online form to signup for one of these great volunteer opportunities.

  • REGISTRATION SET UP/VENDOR FAIR REGISTRATION - 7:30AM-9:30AM: Set up registration tables for vendors (tables/linens/chairs). Ensure tables with linens and chairs look presentable. Set up signage/easels. Have vendor fair packets organized and ready to be passed out. Sign in vendors and pass out registration packets. Set up registration tables for golfers (tables/linens/chairs). Have golfer gifts organized and ready to be passed out. Organize sign in sheets for easy check-in for golfers. Set up area for Player Pack sales.
  • GOLFER REGISTRATION - 9:30AM-12:00PM: Sign in golfers and pass out goodie bags. 2 dedicated sales people with payment access. Separate line for additional raffle ticket/player pack sales
  • VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION - 7:30AM-12:00PM: Sign in volunteers & pass out any information needed. Send them to their pre-assigned positions.
  • FEATHER FLAG HELPER - 7:30AM-8:30AM: Set up feather flags along driveway and out on course.
  • VENDOR SET UP - 8:00AM-9:30AM: Hands on deck to help the vendors get set up on time. Assist with unloading vendor items from carts at vendor tent.
  • GOLF CART DRIVERS - 7:30AM-9:30AM : Drive vendors and their items down to tent so they can set up. Pick up vendors and their swag from the vendor fair tent. Drive them to their vehicles and help them unload swag.
  • GOLF CART DRIVERS - 3:00PM-5:00PM: Drive vendors and their items down to tent so they can set up. Pick up vendors and their swag from the vendor fair tent. Drive them to their vehicles and help them unload swag.
  • GOLF CART DRIVERS-SPONSOR - 9:30AM-1:30PM | 1:30PM-5:30PM | 4:30PM-7:00PM: Check on sponsors along the course. Includes bathroom trips, bringing them lunches/waters. Pick up sponsors and their swag out from their sponsor holes. Drive them to their vehicles and help them unload swag.
  • HIT IT TO WIN IT - 9:30AM-11:30AM | 11:30AM-1:30PM | 1:30PM-4:00PM: Assist sponsor in setting out bottles on putting green. Ensure banners/signage is set up and visible.
  • RAFFLE TICKETS - 9:30AM-12:00PM | 12:00PM-3:00PM | 3:00PM-6:30PM: Sell tickets and collect money for raffle prizes.
  • PARKING LOT ASSISTANT - 8:00AM-11:00 AM | 11:00AM-1:30PM | 1:30PM-5:00PM: Assist in directing team members to parking area and location of shuttles to transport teams to/from the golf course. This is an OFF SITE location.
  • HOLE IN ONE CONTEST - 12:00PM-2:00PM | 2:00PM-4:00PM | 4:00PM-6:00PM: Sell and collect payments for Hole in One Contest.
